CCTV footage may capture people's images, vehicle information, and other identifying details. We may also take pictures or videos during events for promotional or documentation purposes that we may share with business and/or event partners.

Applicants: If you submit information to us when applying for a job with our company, such as as a delivery partner or in-store manpower, we will use it to evaluate your application. We may keep your information for as long as may be necessary for administrative purposes, and we may share it with other companies to assess your suitability for the position or other positions that are open, background checks, and third-party service providers that we have hired to gather, maintain, and analyze candidate submissions for job postings. Your Details

Correspondence: By creating an account, you consent to receive correspondence from Bysunset and other Bysunset users. You can control your email and notification preferences and

follow the "unsubscribe" instructions for commercial emails. However, you are unable to opt out of receiving certain correspondence from Bysunset that are related to administrative, service, or legal policies.

We will not be able to restore your account or any of its associated data to you once you have requested the deletion of the data associated with your account. Copies and backups of your personal information may continue to remain in our backup storage used for recovery in case of contingencies, as well as for enforcing our legal rights and fraud/risk mitigation purposes. Limitation: Depending on your jurisdiction's laws, you may have few rights about your personal information, especially:
